Eagle Mountain · StaffingWho works for Eagle Mountain, and how that comparesIn 2024 Eagle Mountain paid for about 147 full-time jobs (146.58 full-time equivalents, to use the accounting term) serving roughly 61,400 residents. None of those jobs were police officers or firefighters: the city pays the Utah County Sheriff and Unified Fire Authority to do both. The charts comparing that against six Utah cities of similar size need JavaScript, but every figure behind them is public. Each city’s audited annual report carries the same ten-year table of staff numbers.
