2.A Discussion Only/No Action City Hall Feasibility Study and Capital Projects Discussion MHTN Architects will present an overview of the City Hall feasibility study. Staff and the City Council will also discuss long-term General Fund capital project needs, with a focus on parks, recreation, and transportation. This is discussion only and no action will be taken.
