Ten-year deal for ShopFest Utah event
The city signed an agreement with the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce to host the ShopFest Utah event, stretching the term to ten years, through 2035.

Councilmember Burnham moved to adopt a Resolution of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Approving an Agreement with the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce for the ShopFestTM Utah Event with the following changes: 1. In section five, changing the word “Chamber” to the word “City”, 2. In section ten, changing the term from five years to ten years, ending in 2035, 3. Add a “meet to confer” provision, 4. Change signature from Melissa Clark to Matt Everett, Chamber Treasurer, and 5. All future provisions for amendments to be in writing. Councilmember Wood seconded the motion.
