Angeline Washburn joins Youth Council advisers
The council appointed Angeline Washburn as a Youth Council advisory for a one-year term through June 2025.
What it means: The agenda listed a city office lease amendment under this item, so the written record does not match the motion as recorded. The appointment itself reaches only the Youth Council program.

Bigger no-build buffer around natural washes
The council took up a rule barring permanent buildings and earthwork within 75 feet of a wash's center flowline, or 50 feet from its bank, whichever is greater.

Land use map updated for Berry property
The council took up a matching change to the general plan land use map for the Berry property.

Rezone Eagle Mountain Properties land, mostly to farm
The council rezoned 27 parcels in the Eagle Mountain Properties plan area: most to agriculture, seven to neighborhood commercial, two to low-to-medium density housing.
