Taller fences where businesses sit above homes
Fence height gets measured differently now: where a commercial or industrial pad sits above neighboring homes, the council set the taller screen as the standard.
What it means: If a business lot beside your yard is built up higher than your property, the screening fence is measured from that higher pad and blocks more. Only homes on those boundaries, and the builders next door, are touched.
