Motions and roll-call votes

Official city zoning map adopted

The council adopted an official zoning map for Eagle Mountain, letting staff fix colors, labels, links to development plans and code, and minor boundary or zone-name errors.

What it means: The map becomes the single reference for which zone your lot sits in, but adopting it does not change anyone's zoning. Staff can correct a mislabeled boundary without another council vote.
