Commissioner Allen moved to recommend approval to the City Council of the amendments to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Section 17.10.030 and Chapter 17.60 striking Section 17.60.120(K)(4), “ Installation requirements. No electric fence shall be installed or used unless it is completely surrounded by a non-electrical fence or wall that is not less than 6’ in height save in the case where the fence serves to contain livestock – in which case the fence may be no higher than 6’,” and renumber the following sections accordingly. Commissioner Strong seconded the motion. AMENDED MOTION: Commissioner Allen moved to recommend approval to the City Council of the amendments to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Section 17.10.030 and Chapter 17.60 with the following changes: 1. Strike Section 17.60.120(K)(4), “Installation requirements. No electric fence shall be installed or used unless it is completely surrounded by a non-electrical fence or wall that is not less than 6’ in height save in the case where the fence serves to contain livestock – in which case the fence may be no higher than 6’,” and renumber the following sections accordingly; and 2.
