Commissioner Bergener moved to recommend approval to the City Council of the site plan request for a new 100-foot monolithic cell tower to the City Council with the following conditions: 1. The relocation of the equipment as proposed in the cell tower drawings shall be approved; 2. A lightning rod shall be allowed; Eagle Mountain Planning Commission Meeting – February 28, 2023 Page 4 of 7 3. Eight-foot fencing shall be approved; and 4. A radio frequency engineering review as required by EMMC 17.75.091(I)(3) shall be submitted to the City Council. Commissioner Allen seconded the motion. AMENDED MOTION: Commissioner Bergener moved to recommend approval to the City Council of the site plan request for a new 100-foot monolithic cell tower to the City Council with the following conditions: 1.
