Commissioner Bergener moved to recommend denial to the City Council of the amendment to the Lower Hidden Valley Master Development Plan and Master Development Agreement. Commissioner Allen seconded the motion. Commissioner Bergener clarified that the recommendation of denial is due to the applicant's desire for the application to move forward to the City Council. He hopes for all parties to work together to find a better solution.
