Board Member Burnham moved to reverse the deniøl of the condítíonøl use permit on thefollowìng grounds: 1. lVith respect to the deníal of the conditìonal use permít based onftre and emergency response ìssues, the Plønníng Commissíons' deníal ß bøsed on conclusíons thøt øre not consßtent wíth the Unílied Fire Authoríties' letter dated December 9, 2020, and thereþre do not support the deniøl of the condítíonal use permit. WeJind thøt the øpplícønt can mítígate those concerns by complyìng wíth the recommendøtíons ín the December 9, 2020 letter. 2. Wíth respect to the adequacy of the guest pørkíng and the park ìmprovements complying wìth City Code, we Jind that reøsonøble conditíons cøn be ímposed as part of the Phøse C Møster Síte Pløn to mitigate the reasonably antícípøted detrimental effects of the proposed use. Accordíngly, the conditional use permit should be grønted wíth the condition the øpplicønt complies with øny changes or modiJications imposed in conjunctíon wíth the Phøse C Master Síte Pløn. Boørd Member Curtìs seconded the motiotn. Those votìng aye: Donna Burnham, Melissa Clørk, Colby Curtís, ønd Carolyn Love. The motíon pøssed wíth ø unanímous vote. 3. ADJOURNMENT
